It is especially beneficial for those experiencing knee pain, back pain, or managing diabetes, as we introduce carefully selected yoga postures that support these conditions .

Starting on the first Monday of every month, this challenge gives you the ideal opportunity to begin your yoga journey with proper guidance, consistency, and care.
