About His Learning & Training Experience In Yoga
Sandeep Rawat is a fitness lover; A Martial art practitioner and a Yoga teacher. He is the
founder of Yogadhara (Yoga Institute) in Dehradun where he teaches students to expand the
awareness of body and mind through correct alignment of Yoga and shares his experience of
karate to develop Strength since 2016. He is Black belt and has been practicing Martial arts since
1997. Passionate about sharing his love of fitness with others, his classes offer everyone a chance
to be upside down in a fun and safe way. His unique style is a blend of the traditions, he has
studied and practiced Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa. Born in the place called Lap of
Himalayas Dehradun, he was fortunate enough to explore his spiritual dimension and travelled to
many places in Himalayas to fulfill his quest and out of all “THE NANDA JAAT YATRA or
RAJ JAAT YATRA” (One of the toughest pilgrims in the world which held once in 12 years)
was the turning point if his life.
Being Yoga Teacher and Karate Teacher
He attained his Masters Degree in Yogic science and Human consciousness from DSVV,
Haridwar, in the year 2003. It was a residential course, he lived in an Ashram environment. This was entirely life changing experience for him. Having an experience of 15 years in different National and International renowned organizations like Chivasom International Health resort Thailand, Ananda In The Himalayas ,Taj Hotels Umaid bhavan palace, jodhpur, Maradiva resorts in Mauritius. In his journey of teaching and sharing the knowledge he got chance to work with Olympic players, World Champions, and many celebrities. He is not only a Yoga Therapist but also give different dimensions to health and fitness by combining both age old authentic practices of Yoga and Karate. He essentially believes that Yoga and Martial Art, when performed correctly, can lead to mental, physical and spiritual healing. His area of specialization is spinal injury and core strengths are teaching correction, alignment and adjustment.
Her approach to yoga is one that honors the need for individual self-study with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and common-unity. She has done Master’s degree in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science from DevSanskritiVishwaVidyalaya, Haridwar, India and has been practicing yoga since year2003. She was appointed as a yogainstructor in “Ananda in the Himalayas”. She also holds knowledge of Ayurveda Therapies that she learned at Kerala, India. She had taught yoga in schools as well as in Taj Hotel, India. She holds experience of over more than 13 years in teaching yoga. She works to bring the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of life.
She had worked in “Maradiva Villas and Resort”, Mauritius in the year 2009 and a freelancer Yoga teacher in Thailand in the year 2010. She believes that yoga is one of the key transformative forces of everyone’s life. Power, precision, intention, endurance and joy would be the words that could frame what she practices and teach.
Devendra was born in a Brahmin family. He started chanting mantras and prayers at very early age under the guidance of his father who was his first guru. That develops a fascination and curiosity in him to explore and study yoga, which lead his path to find a guru for further spiritual guidance and he took Deeksha (Initiation) by ‘Acharya Sri Ram Sharma’. He continued his journey and done his Diploma in Yogic science and Ayurveda therapies. He worked with various organizations. He holds over 10 years teaching experience, his style of teaching is gentle but strong, making the students discover peace and calmness in the class.
Shashank has devoted his life to the subject of yoga and is best known for his clear and precise teaching style that fuses the philosophy and practical implementation of asana, pranayama & meditation. His tangible knowledge, curiosity and ability to transmit with openness ushers the integration of deeper consciousness to his students. He paves the way for practitioners to nourish their physical and spiritual well-being, which has allowed them to evolve into successful and valuable yoga teacher.
Shashank teaching style is based on Hatha yoga & Satyananda yoga. His belief is a complete practice that constitutes a still mind with clarity and consciousness in actions both inside and outside the yoga studio. His classes are accessible to practitioners of all shapes, ages and interests. Students can expect to explore their strengths, work on focus, and learn to find the hidden bliss that is the true nature of every being.
