Sandeep Rawat

He is a Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, USA. His extensive journey in the study of yoga has led him to study with a variety of teachers and traditions however, he considers ‘Pandit shri Ram Sharma Acharya’, The Founder of All World Gayatri Parivar, Shantikunj his Guru. He has completed his Master’s degree in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science. He also holds black belt in Karate and likes to teach it to children in free time.

He has worked with many leading companies in India and Asia such as “Ananda in the Himalayas’’,“Taj Hotel”and “Maradiva Villas and Resort”, Mauritius. He has also combined his knowledge of the human anatomy and experience in working with physical limitations into his teaching and taught Yoga to the almost all age groups of different nationalities. Presently he is running his own Yoga school named Yogadhara in Dehradun.

He had worked in Thailand at Chiva-Som International health resort, as a Senior Yoga Teacher since 2010 to 2016 and had executed various meditation and yoga retreats there. Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar yoga, Kriya yoga and Meditation are involved in his teaching. Thus, with over 14 years of experience in yoga, he works within the understanding that all contractions of the body-mind are a manifestation of the misalignment of our thoughts and behaviours.



Shilpi Rawat

Her approach to yoga is one that honors the need for individual self-study with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and common-unity. She has done Master’s degree in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science from DevSanskritiVishwaVidyalaya, Haridwar, India and has been practicing yoga since year2003. She was appointed as a yogainstructor in “Ananda in the Himalayas”. She also holds knowledge of Ayurveda Therapies that she learned at Kerala, India. She had taught yoga in schools as well as in Taj Hotel, India. She holds experience of over more than 13 years in teaching yoga. She works to bring the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of life.

She had worked in “Maradiva Villas and Resort”, Mauritius in the year 2009 and a freelancer Yoga teacher in Thailand in the year 2010. She believes that yoga is one of the key transformative forces of everyone’s life. Power, precision, intention, endurance and joy would be the words that could frame what she practices and teach.



Mr Devendra Pokhriyal

Devendra was born in a Brahmin family. He started chanting mantras and prayers at very early age under the guidance of his father who was his first guru. That develops a fascination and curiosity in him to explore and study yoga, which lead his path to find a guru for further spiritual guidance and he took Deeksha (Initiation) by ‘Acharya Sri Ram Sharma’. He continued his journey and done his Diploma in Yogic science and Ayurveda therapies. He worked with various organizations. He holds over 10 years teaching experience, his style of teaching is gentle but strong, making the students discover peace and calmness in the class.



Ms Ruchika Panwar

Ruchika is a computer science engineer turned yoga teacher. She had completed her graduation from Graphic Era University, Dehradun and is now a self-professed yoga training addict. She had joined yoga for her fitness in the year 2016 and slowly, her interest became deeper in yoga. Afterwards, she completed 200 hours teacher’s training courseunder the guidance of Mr. Sandeep Rawat and Mrs. Shilpi Rawat. Practicing yoga had helped her maintained her sanity and she opted yoga as her career. Ruchika is now working as aAssistantyoga teacher at Yogadhara. She believes in identifying individual strengths as a means to motivate and inspire all youth to reach new goals, both on the yoga mat and in life.
